By joining our Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to promote our services using your unique referral link or promocode. Your participation is subject to these rules, and by enrolling, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms herein.
To become an Affiliate, you must register with us and receive approval from our affiliate management team. All provided information must be complete, accurate, and kept up-to-date. We reserve the right to reject any application or deactivate your account if any violations are identified.
Each Affiliate is given a unique referral link or promocode to track sign-ups. When a user registers via your link or promocode, they are marked as a “Pending Referral.” Accurate use of your referral link or promocode in all promotions is mandatory for proper tracking.
Our program follows a CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) model, offering a total payout of €50 per qualified customer.
Earnings are initially marked as “Pending” and move to “Approved” once the relevant payment milestones are met.
Payouts are processed monthly (e.g., on the 1st of each month) via bank transfer, PayPal, or an alternative agreed method. A minimum approved balance of €200 is required before you can request a payout. All payouts are subject to any applicable local taxes or regulatory requirements.
You must promote our services solely using your provided referral link or promocode. All promotional content must be truthful, non-misleading, and clearly represent your independent affiliation with us.
If a referred customer cancels their subscription before reaching Month 3, the pending €30 payment will not be automatically forfeited. Instead, any decision regarding the pending commission will be based on objective, transparent criteria and communicated clearly to the Affiliate. In cases where strict forfeiture would result in a disproportionate loss relative to the Affiliate’s promotional efforts, a formal review process will be initiated. Depending on the review outcome, a proportional adjustment or full payout may be issued.
If a customer pauses their subscription, the Month 3 payout will be delayed until their payment resumes and the milestone is ultimately met.
Any fraudulent activity or violation of these rules will result in immediate termination and, after review, potential forfeiture of pending commissions in accordance with a fair, transparent process.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program. However, any such action will be exercised in a transparent and proportionate manner. In cases of material changes affecting Affiliate rights or earnings, the company will provide clear, evidence-based explanations and at least 30 days’ advance notice (except when immediate action is necessary for legal compliance or to protect the program’s integrity).
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any pending commissions earned by the Affiliate will not be automatically forfeited. Instead, these commissions will be subject to a fair and objective review process that considers the Affiliate’s actual performance and incurred promotional costs.
Affiliates will be given a reasonable opportunity to contest or discuss any proposed changes or enforcement actions before they are finalized. In cases where enforcement actions are subsequently determined to be arbitrary or excessively one-sided, the company will review the matter and may, at its sole discretion, consider appropriate remedial measures. Nothing in this provision shall be construed as a commitment to compensate affiliates for any losses incurred.
All personal data collected or processed in connection with this Affiliate Program shall be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection laws. The company commits to implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all personal data.
The company will collect only the data necessary for the operation of the Affiliate Program, clearly informing Affiliates of the purposes for which their data is processed. Data will be retained only as long as necessary or as required by law.
Affiliates have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their personal data. Requests should be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and the company will respond within the timeframes stipulated by GDPR.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the program, including personal data, trade secrets, and other proprietary information.
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use the company’s trademarks and marketing materials solely for promoting our services. This license and all rights granted herein will immediately terminate upon deactivation of the Affiliate account.
In enforcing these rules—including decisions to deactivate Affiliate accounts or withhold earnings—the company shall provide clear, evidence-based explanations for its actions. All enforcement actions will be proportionate to the Affiliate’s conduct and impact on the program.
If an Affiliate suffers harm due to actions taken under these rules (such as unjustified account deactivation or arbitrary withholding of earnings), the Affiliate is entitled to seek all available legal and equitable remedies. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation for demonstrable losses and injunctive relief to prevent further unfair practices, in accordance with applicable law and the principles of fairness under EU law.
